newbie girth routine
‘newbie girth routine’ - is this a oxymoron? I have been searching and reading on girth exercises and it seems that all the exercises that focus on girth are off-bounds for newbies (ulis, clamps, horse 440, etc.). I follow the standard luvdadus newbie rountine now. I’ve only been at it for about 2 weeks. I realize that the main point at this stage is to ‘condition’ your dick -get it used to the idea of PE and learn what your penis is capable of handling and how to avoid ingury etc. “penis common sense” if you will. Still, I just have to ask, is there a exercise out there suitable to newbie’s that focuses on girth? Perhaps a technique to the basic 200 jelqs I am doing now that will focus on girth? I jelq overhand now as I have read that is more likely to focus on girth than underhand.
