Hi,

I am a young man who started PE exercising 3 months ago using the newbie technique.
The problem is that my penis is already more than long enough so I’m looking to gain girth, mainly because the base is clearly thicker than the rest. (5.8 base girth / 5.2 upper shaft girth)

Therefore, I would like to know if some exercises are more likely to mainly increase the upper shaft girth.

I would say from what I learned jelqing is a good exercise and I would purchase a silicone sleeve if you plan to pump and use it at your base. Another way to go is find a tube that fits snug at the base. Air pump to fill out the tube. Length gains are less common from pumping. Hope this helps.

As someone with similar girth measurements I would advise you not to increase your girth anymore. Your current girth is already really good and most importantly, allows you to receive head without problems. It also allows you to enter women relatively easily for intercourse and then give them really good expansion when you go all the way in (with your bigger base girth penetrating the nerves around vaginal opening)

Is there a technique to optimize the jelqs to get what I’m looking for? Like squeezing harder, doing it more slowly, etc.?
I’ve read that Uli’s are useful for gaining upper shaft girth.

Somewhat. But pumping eventually is your best route to girth. That said, it’s good that you’re being cautious and holding back until you’re ready.

Yes, I really don’t want to hurt myself. Also, I am very patient, so I’ll try some Uli’s and some slow jelqs. :)
