Upwards stretching problem

Does anyone else have problems when performing upwards manual stretches? Basically, my glans is full and big when I stretch downwards or similar angles, but when stretching upwards, my glans shrivels and my grip just slips right over it and it’s quite painful. Anyone know why this is? Upwards stretching just doesn’t feel right, even if I can manage to get a good grip for a few seconds.

I am puzzled at this, any help or info would be great on this one.

Are you doing your upward stretches using the normal OK grip or the overhand grip?

I get a better grip and stretch using the overhand grip whilst leaning a bit backwards.

Upwards stretching is definitely difficult from my perspective too. I think it depends on if you are cut or not (I’m cut) too. Some people suggest baby powder or talc to get a better grip.

I find that bending the shaft during the stretch helps. Kind of like a V stretch, but to the side. I grab under my glans with an OK and pull, then use the pinky finger to bend the shaft. This take some of the pressure off the glans but still gives a good stretch.

I use an overhand grip. It also feels like my ligs are too powerful in that direction and don’t allow me to get a good stretch.

I don’t use talcum powder since I read about it being contaminated with asbestos, had enough of that in my lungs lol.

Onenekkidguy, could you explain your technique in more detail? Have you had gains from these stretches?

I get this too, it’s really frustrating! I’m cut as well.

I’ll try. Hold the tip of your penis with one hand and then use an OK grip right under the head of the penis. Thumb around the top (what would be the top of your penis if it was pointed straight out) and the index finger around the bottom. Sometimes, I need to have a little of the glans under my thumb. Then stretch up and wrap your finders lightly around the shaft (don’t squeeze). Then bend the penis to the side by tipping your hand so the pinky finger is bending the mid-shaft to the side. Sometimes, I have to not pull straight up, but toe the side just a bit.

I also find it difficult to maintain a good grip while stretching upwards using the OK grip with my thumb closest to my body and my index finger at the backside of the penis, the other 3 fingers alongside the shaft going downwards. What I do to make this more comfortable, is turn my hand around, just like you do when you are stretching downwards. So I use my index finger closest to my body, my thumb at the backside of the penis and the other 3 fingers above the head. It’s a bit harder to apply force like this but I have a lot more grip!

Otherwise I sometimes use a towel or a washing cloth which gives you a lot more grip. However I found this to cause more bruising and redness because you apply more force to keep the cloth in place.

A little Gold Bond powder.

I also feel it very little, if any in my ligs. I think the upward stretch is suppose to target the tunica more anyway.

The tunica SUCKS!

Don’t you all think?
I need to find some enjoyable ways of stretching the tunica, not to mention - more effective ways.

I use the OK grip with one hand and with the other hand/fingers I kind of keep the glans in place (with a little pressure)

Works ok for me.
