URGENT: EQ trouble, am I doomed?

Recently started pumping (about a month or two ago) and my routine is as follows

Warm wrap

5 minute pump

Started at 100 jelqs, got to 150

10x3 plump bends

Started to incorporate JAI stretches later on

5 minute pump (x2)

Anyway, here’s my problem. I recently had one of my first romantic experiences and noticed I was probably around 80% hard the entire time until right at the end I was at about 95%-100%. After this I noticed when I’m by myself I need at least an hour to get hard after finishing which has never been the case for me, I used to be able to go a few rounds and maybe lose 3-5% hardness each time. I also noticed when I’m by myself my general hardness is at about 80% now and I haven’t have consistent morning or night wood in a week or two.

So I’m most likely going to have another encounter in the upcoming days and don’t want to embarrass myself, how can I help save my EQ? Is it possible that I developed erectile dysfunction?

I’ve read that kegels can help and I have some L-arginine on hand which has helped in the past but I don’t want to be relying to supplements if I can work through this. Would a warm compression wrap help? What are my options to improve this in the shortest amount of time, how long do you guys think it will take to get back to normal if that’s an option?

Yea I’m currently stopping my routine and going to avoid any unnecessary contact, I’m just not sure how long it would take to get back to baseline so to speak

When it comes to these sorts of decisions, I usually make a choice that is best for the long haul. You have to watch your thought patterns because today, peoples’ attention spans are short due to the myriad of activity happening around them AND because people are immersed in a culture that’s centered around instant gratification. So the slow and disciplined route, while it may not feel like the sexiest option, will yield the best and lasting results. But whenever possible try and make your attack on the problem a multi-pronged one.

Yea it’s definitely a brutal cycle. I’ll come to the conclusion that I need to take a break from PE and exercise/eat better/etc and then the next morning I find myself thinking “oh well maybe if I just do a few more jelq reps it’ll sort itself out” or “maybe if I just pump for a little shorter duration I’ll have a better outcome” when in reality I just need to step back for a bit. Thanks for the input Hardcell!

First thing is to relax. If you worry then it won’t improve quickly. ED to the best of my understanding is either natural or progressive. If this is suddenly occurring then you’re probably fatigued. I get that way at times myself when I’m on a PE bender for 4-5 days. I take 2-3 days off and I’m fine. Especially if I’ve been edging or masturbating following a routine.

I think I jumped the gun on this post, I worked out and ate some fruit and I can already feel that I was just too stressed out. Definitely a good reminder to take it easy but I think after a week or two break I’ll start working back into my routine and hopefully attain the fabled 8x6 by the end of next year.

I’m also almost positive I was using way too much pressure with my bathmate because I just saw a test showing the x30 going up to 17hg which is way beyond what I should be doing as a newbie to pumping, and I’m not sure if the x40 would create more pressure because of the larger chamber. Hopefully I haven’t caused any permanent damage and I’m definitely going to be approaching my routine with more care for my unit in the future.

Second relax. Relax, relax, RELAX. Do reverse kegels all day. Actively relax pelvic floor muscles. Two days or so before the event, jerk off very slowly. Seriously, put aside at least half an hour to do it. Focus on the fantasy as much as you can, to the exclusion of ‘needing an erection.’

Our minds can easily turn a minor temporary EQ drop from training or something else into an ‘urgent problem’ and that is what most likely is happening here.
