Vasectomy

I had a vasectomy over 12 years ago. I have had many problems trying to keep an erection when it is needed most. I can get it up at times but can not keep an erection during intercourse. Could this have any affect on circulation to the penis? I am only about 5.5 inches when fully erect and definitely would like to have more to work with. Will PE still work for me, And if so what would you suggest? I am 40 years old and would really like to enjoy sex to the end not loose an erection in the middle of intercourse. I am a smoker and I know that I need to quit but it is not easy.

Kegels and jelqs should help, chuck. I believe that you may not be getting enough nocturnal erections (because of the vasectomy. Just a theory of mine.) Within a few months of starting these excercises you should notice a big difference. Oh, and welcome to Thunders

I’d focus on quiting smoking, eating healthy, and drinking lots of water. How long have you benn PE’ing?? I ask this because if you just started, I believe you will notice big changes in your erection levels just by following the newbie routine for a couple months.

You may possibly want to get a blood test to check your hormone levels, which can cause many sexual “issues” if not properly balanced.

A vasectomy surely has no direct effect on erections. Stop thinking that it might, and stop smoking. If you want a bigger penis, PE is advisable. ;)

I have been PE ing for about 2 months now and am still having a hard time getting an erection. Some of the exercises require at least a fifty percent erection which I can barely get. I am working on the smoking part and believe me I really need to quit. But it ain’t easy.
