Vertical Girth

Vertical Girth

Hi All,

I’ve been PEing for about 8 months, seen some good newbie gains. I’ve got a question about girth gains.

I’ve found from my routine that I am gaining sideways horizontal girth, but not much vertical girth. The routine is:

Day 1: Three sets of 4-directional stretches, 1:20 minutes each direction, warming up before each set. Then three sets of A-jelqing (index and middle finger on each side of penis, applying squeeze force horizontally) followed by normal jelqing, warming up before each set.
Day 2: Same as Day 1.
Day 3: Same as Day 1 only the last three sets are sets of (more) 4-directional stretches, same as in Day 1. So six sets of 4-directional stretches for Day 3.

Lots of stretching as I need some length. But my question is, from this routine, I’ve gained girth sideways, and am wondering how to gain more vertical girth.

I’ve searched this, and found one post. The advice was to try and apply vertical pressure. I do this already though, through the jelqing, so I was wondering if there is any more theory on gaining girth in all directions? And how I might change my routine.

What you question

buy clamps 3 arguments for it:

1. Their are cheap
2. There are fun
3. Pussies (or ass if you like) prefer shaped like the photo

tip: buy the middle size

remember, middle size… trust in this…..

p.s: sorry moderator… the photo is necessary to give the guy a visual way that give a better understand.

Picture not approved. Dick pics are not allowed in public forums. Since you tried to post it in another member’s thread I could not move the thread to an allowed forum.

Try posting your pic in an allowed location and placing a link to it in this thread.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

ok, sir :)

Edit: I understand the rule and that’s fine, however is a counter-productive work to start a another thread just to link to a public.

I think I know what you’re asking, but I could be off base.

The penis shaft is essentially 3 long tubes. Two corpus cavernosa which provide erection and one corpus spongiosum which surrounds the urethra and other support structures. Its overall cross sectional shape is actually more of a triangle than a circle.

Because the CC is the area which gets hard and big, it’s the part that will be bigger if we make gains. Since it’s two tubes next to each other, it will seem like the girth gains are disproportionately to the sides than the overall shape.

While it’s possible that we could increase the thickness of the CS, it doesn’t expand as much during tumescence, so you’ll likely have a difficult time getting a more round shaft.

tL;DR… That’s just the way it is.

Thanks a lot man, that makes a lot of sense. I’m concerned I’ll end up with a very flat penis, but I guess I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it!

Never thought of vertical girth as a problem. If I’m understanding you correctly, your worried it’s getting wider and want more of a cylinder shape? I pack a 1.75 pump tube on the sides but not the top and bottom (mid-shaft). I lack around 1/8th of an inch top and bottom before I pack the tube. I completely pack the first 1.5 inches of the tube, however, I haven’t noticed if it has made the base of my dick more cylinder-shaped. When I resume pumping I might see what effect packing has on the base and how it compares mid-shaft.
