Very quick questions from a newbie

I just recently found out about PE and am fascinated as I thought I was doomed to have my 4.7” forever (always wanted to at least get past the 5” mark). I have some premature ejaculation problems so I’m gonna do edging too. I’ve decided to get in a routine and religiously dedicate. Before I continue, I’ll say I’ve read a lot of material here and on PEGYM, both the jp90 beginner guide and the beginner guide found here on thunder and more about warm ups, stretches, jelqing, kegels and premature ejaculation.
After all the reading some questions are unanswered so I have a few simple questions that I’d be happy if you could answer:
1) The beginner guide here recommends starting with 100 jelqs 2 day on 1 off and the beginner on jp90 recommends starting at 20 increasing 10 every workout until 60 reps, 3 days a week.
Is it safe to start at 100 jelqs 2 day in 1 off or jp90 is safer? I’m gonna be doing wet jelqs with olive oil. I did a test drive and loved it.
2) I’ve read somewhere someone said it’s important to rest a day after doing a day of kegels. But I’ve read in another forum someone saying there are no limits of kegels a day, the more the better, do it on car, bank line, work..
Which one is right? What’s the recommended kegel quantity a day and how many days a week? Also should those kegels be done the simple contract release method or contract wait 5 seconds release?
3) I read on jp90 but I got confused, he seems to recommend kegel during jelqing. Is there an added benefit to doing kegel during jelqing? The beginner guide here recommends doing it after the jelqing routine. I’ve read another guide recommending doing it before. And I’ve read another recommending doing it through the whole routine. Which one’s the best idea?
4) What exactly is a reverse kegel? I’ve read about it but whole guide confused me. Should I do it along with normal kegels?
5) Should I edge before or after jelqing routine? Or is it a good idea to do it a long time before or a long time after jelqing?
6) I found the rice sock to be the easiest method for warm up. Is there any added benefits in using water such as a hot shower? And also, how hot should the penis be after the warm up? The warm down after the exercise must be done the same way as the warm up?
7) During the jelqing exercises I imagine it’s a good idea to vary exercises every number of minutes right. Like, do some minutes palm up, then switch to palm down, then switch to V Jelq.. Is that correct?
8) Furthermore on question 6, is there a jelq exercise that will help in straightening? My cock is not terribly curved and I know some curvature is normal, but it is a bit curved and unless it’s on full erection and I’m gripping the base it will face sideways.. Kinda bothers me a little. So is there any jelq exercise that can help with this?
9) Is there a good edge guide? I know what’s it about, the generals and everything. I found a guide and it was interesting with lots of details and milestones but it was gigantic and overly confusing. Anyone got a simple edge guide?
