I just started my 2nd week of PE this afternoon and I just have 2 quick questions. I did try the search button but there were too many results that just did not exactly answer the questions I have. If you can help I would greatly appreciate it.

#1.) Quick question about jelqing (yes another one). I do ten minutes of wet jelq after stretching for about 10 minutes as part of the newbie routine. From posts that I have read, I see various erections levels posted by different PE’ers. My problem is that I can’t get an erection while jelqing. I try to start out with already having a semi one, but after about 1-2 minutes it goes almost completely flacid. My question is will that affect my gains? And should I just continue with 10 minutes flacid like I have been.

#2.) My second question involves warm wraps. Before I do anything I do a 5 minute warm wrap with a heating pad. My question is can I avoid doing the 2nd warm wrap after jelqing if I take a warm shower immediately after? I need to do this anyway because I weight lift before I do my PE, so is that warm shower an acceptable replacement for that 2nd warm wrap?

1 lower erection level jelqing aims more at length gains. Try to be above the 20% though.

2 To me it is but I don’t believe in warm ups.

Ah well I’m more concerned with Girth at this point in time. I’m already 7.5 NBP which I’m happy with but only 5 EG which I would like to change. I guess I am going to have to try to get my little friend a little more excited.

Hey bro, try jelqing with a cock ring on. Also, if you can, throw on a porno. I have the same issues, squeezing the hell out of my dick doesnt stimulate me sometimes, so it is hard to keep an erection. I basically jelq about ten times then have to take a minute to get it back up a bit. But if you have some porn throw it on and do it in front of that, it will help. Also, the cockring will keep a good amount of blood in your dick, not too much to the point where you have a full erection (unless the porn really helps), but it keeps it full enough to get some great jelqing in, and you dont have to concentrate on keeping the erection, the ring does it for you. So you can concentrate on growing. If you dont have a cockring sometimes I use some of those hair scrunchies, I dont put them on too tight but one does a good enough job just holding my package together. Good luck homey!
