Hi I was wondering if there is videos or pictures that show you how to do a Kegel for men. I have looked all over and it seems like there are different types of Kegel exercises?

A video wouldn’t show anything. To do a kegel, you just contract the same muscle you use to stop the flow of urine. Common variations are just how long you hold each kegel.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

That’s funny. How about a video of a guy peeing, then stopping, then starting, then stopping, etc? Would that show kegels, or just a guy with prostate problems?
