Warm Up Question
Hi I’m new to PE been doing it for three weeks been doing good had some red dots the first few times so I decreased my grip and been doing good since .
So my question is everyone says they use a warm towel or rice bag to warm up, I have been using a tall glass of very warm water ( fill the glass up put my dick in and hold it tight to my pelvis keeping the water in).
Does this sound like a good way to warm up or should I switch to a rice bag.
