Water Retention effect gains?

Water Retention effect gains?

I’m unsure whether anyone has done any research or if any people on the forum know about this topic but I’m quite interested to know.

I’m currently using the Bathmate and notice I get fluid retention if I do not superset with jelqs or if left on to long/high pressure.

I was wondering whether fluid retention has any effect on gains and in what way?

What is the fluid being retained in?

And also does it in any way increase the amount of blood flow to the penis as is temporarily bigger? I would assume it would need more blood to stay erect if its heavier or thicker etc ?

Thanks.

Bump.

Any answers?

Progressive overload principles,

Goal - 8'' BPEL 6.5'' EG

The fluid is lymph fluid that is being retained in the outer skin layers giving a puffy appearance. It does not lead to gains.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Does it at all effect the pressure within the penis? Or would it just lead to stretchy skin?

Thanks.

Thanks.

It is pretty much trapped outside the tunica layer, so the internal pressure within the penis is not affected. The skin recovers and I have never seen any long term skin stretch.
