OK. So practice what it feels like when I’m taking a piss, and then after being able to recognize what it feels like to do a reverse kegel, do it during sex what I start to get close to climax? I was also wondering if any of you guys know how long you have to do normal kegels before you get to the point where you can kegel as you come, but it stops the semen from coming out. Am I right in saying that the reason you lose your erection during sex isn’t because of the orgasm but rather because you ejaculate? Thanks a ton for all the help so far guys.

Some things I’ve tried over the past couple years.

Satisfying your lover/wife/partner has to be paramount to just getting yourself off. It’s much better to give than receive right?

Extended foreplay is critical. Women (some) need plenty of time to get up to that level of readiness so help her get there. She has to go before you or about the same time or else she’ll usually feel cheated by the experience. That statement may get me in trouble but whatever.

I’ve tried the desensitizing creams and condoms. Won’t use them anymore. They just mask the underlying issues that you need to work on.

A continued regimen of a good, sound jelqing routine. You’ll become happier about your manhood which will give you more self confidence about your performance capabilities, etc.

I do several sets of edging exercises throughout the week. As has been stated before, us boys have been trained since adolescence to get off as fast as possible so you have to retrain your other head to just slow it down. Get used to the rhythm without the need to cum. It’s a training thing.

Supplements

I tried some of the anti anxiety pills called Deferol . I took them for a couple of months but could not denote any effects whatsoever. They’re basically to reduce your anxiety level prior to or during sexual activities. Might work for some though.

I’ve also been using Tongkat Ali for over a year now and it’s been the best supplement for me. It can get kind of pricey but hey, the wife pays for it so who am I to complain! I do this when I clamp/edge, I find it has helped me, but be careful you don’t want to go overboard. It is very uncomfortable so you might not be able to force yourself to do it.

It only took me about 4-5 weeks on a kegel routine to be able to hold back ejaculation.

3 days a week I completed 5 minutes of 5 second reps followed by 5 minutes of holding the kegel as long as possible. And every week I went up two minutes(so 6 minutes each) until I got to 15 minutes with each and left it at that.

I always do them erect as it seems to be the best indicator of how well you are holding the kegel. Obviously your erection is going to go down so I would just do short kegels while getting erect again.

That’s called “the Hasseloff effect” and it works great. I just hoped to keep this secret to myself…

One thing I find that helps is to just stop. A little pause or slowdown in pace will help you get back a little control. The only thing I would say is don’t wait till the point of no return or close to it. If you do then you will not be able to stop and therefore cum too soon. Also a change of position can give you a bit of breather and time to go a little longer.

Just try slowing it down and relaxing. Don’t worry about it so much. Also have her try being on top if she hasn’t. This helped me. Don’t do here anal, because it will be extremely fast. And, if worst comes to worst, pull out and squeeze the head to stop it real quick, or when I squeeze the base of my penis it works too.

I agree that this would desensitize your glans and take longer to orgasm, but I would have to disagree with this method. It is better to learn how to control your ejaculation while experiencing all sensitivity in your glans, rather than pounding her and barely feeling anything.

It’s all in your mind :D Just try calculating something pretty complicated like 6^2+18*2.

I don’t like those techniques like calculating things or thinking about football, etc. They are unnecessary. Just develop the kegel muscles and breathing- relaxing techniques , and enjoy sex, without any fear of ejaculating :)
