- Change your pace when you feel the urge. Usually you are going to cum because everything feels perfectly wonderful, so you need to break out of that, like go from fast to slow, or slow to fast.
-Switch to partial thrusts for a bit. using only the distal half of your dick usually decreases pleasure enough to help you calm down.
-Switch positions. Telling her to get in the doggie position, or whatever, usually gives you enough time to regroup.
- Bury it deep, switch to the crow bar technique, or pressure with grinding, rather than in and out thrusts. This is better than just stopping to regain control, because you are still giving her stimulation. See Give her the big O, for a good description of this type of technique you can switch to.
- SSRI’s such as Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, etc have helped guys to last, but it is a pretty extreme solution, in my opinion. See I’ve cured my premature ejaculation for a discussion about this.
- I agree with those that have emphasized slow rhythmic breathing. If you notice your breathing before you come it gets erratic, fast, and shallow. In fact, my wife has caught me whacking off in bed when I thought she was asleep, because she heard how I was breathing. If you keep it controlled, your whole body is in control.
What I like to do when I feel like I’m getting close, do a change in technique, like I describe above, and do a giant exhale. Force all the air out of your lungs until you feel like you are drowning. This breif moment of panic can take you off the path to orgasm.
- People have different responses with kegeling and reverse kegeling. If it works at all, it will only work after lots of practice. Search for threads on kegels.
