From what I understand consistency is the key. Daily usage of the device is required. Right now I can only do it times a week, but I’ve been leaving it on for up to 3 hrs. Per night. Time will tell.. As far as maintaining a positive attitude and using meditation techniques I never heard of these things as working with P.E., but is certainly is worth the consideration. Again if anyone has had success using an extender I would like to hear about it.length of time used, gains, etc. Still hoping to find that petite Asian with a small vagina. Special thanks to Irishman 79 for his encouragement.
I hope the extender works for you and that you find that petite Asian!.
I’m new to PE and I don’t know of any studies etc. Correlating PE gains with mental attitude, however, there has been numerous cases of people curing themselves of disease such as cancer through mental focus alone. I know from personal experience and on a far less serious note; that I cured my self of premature ejaculation, through visualisation and positive belief.
The placebo affect tells us that human beings are capable of making changes to their physiology because they believe some outside force is curing their ailment for them. People visiting Lourdes have had miraculous and medically measurable cures; I don’t believe this is because of divine intervention but more an unshakable belief that Jesus/Mary/God will cure them, so in a sense this is the placebo affect here also. (I’m not religious but am using religious healing as an example)
Children have a higher success rate in beating cancer. One major theory is that they are unaware of the seriousness and as such don’t inhibit their bodies natural healing. Similarly when Roger Bannister broke the 4 minute mile, it suddenly became possible and now it’s a thing of nothing.
The point I want to make is that you can’t separate PE from any other physical activities. There is an undisputed link between our bodies and minds. We can change how we think by what we do with our bodies (try being depressed while jumping up and down on one foot, clapping your hands, smiling and shouting ‘a cow goes moooo’ over and over - it’s hard but will change your body chemistry and thus your attitude, if only momentarily). Likewise, your mind can affect your body e.g. Stress. In my opinion if having a positive attitude can help you run faster or hit harder or whatever, it can also help in getting you the PE gains you’re after.(incidentally, read any sports auto-biography and you will be struck by how important the mind is in achieving success)
I have had a look back through some threads and have noticed that a lot of gainers hold a similar perspective.
I would love to hear back from them if they get a chance.
Rrunner, please keep me posted as to how you are getting on.
