Contradiction
After a week of wearing no underwear all day I noticed that my recovery time from PE has increased. My flaccid has shortened and my erection quality has deteriorated. (All other things were kept equal.)
My explanation:
Wearing no underwear means the penis hangs further away from the body, so it is at a lower temperature. This lower temperature reduces blood flow to the penis, making your penis need more time to get the necessary nutrition in order to recover after a PE session and before the next one. As a result I am overdoing it with PE even though I have not changed my routine.
Conclusion:
1. Wearing no underwear (or loose underwear) should be a must when you are likely to have an erection (like when sleeping). This will allow a full unrestricted erection and healing at your maximum possible size.
2. When flaccid it is desired to help the temperature of the penis be relatively high to help blood circulation and therefore the delivery of building blocks to the penis. So in this case, wearing underwear can help. If though at the same time you can allow the penis to hang loose it is even better. So maybe the best solution would be some form of a penis wrap..
