Wearing tight underwear while sleeping is enemy to PE length gains
In my personal experience with PE, I have noticed that wearing tight underwear while sleeping is bad for PE length gains.
Why?
Much of the healing (after PE exercises) is done during this period and this is when you get both a hard erection and high levels of human growth hormone which should help with gradual gains. But! When you are wearing a tight underwear and your erection is constantly stretching it upwards, in turn the underwear is constant pushing down on your penis. As a result this force is limiting the length that your elect penis can reach and healing happens in a less than optimal erect length. This may mean that every night you loose part or all of your hard worked length gains.
I have not been wearing any underwear (just loose pajamas) for several months now, and find that my length gains have improved.
Has anyone else experienced this?
