Just wondering if you smoke a lot of weed, will this effect your gains. I am not an unhealthy person, I ride my bike at least 4 times a week, and workout often - weights, boxing, sports.. So will the Weed make me gain slower?

Truthfully, any type of smoking will impede blood flow. This includes circulation to the penis. IMHO, however, weed smoking is better than tobacco smoking (so long as you don’t smoke as much weed as you would tobacco, i.e. the equivalent of a pack a day).

But the main reason I am asking this is in most drugs leaflets etc it says that weed smoking stunts growth. I thought this may apply to PE, but then again PE isnt typically natural growth, more like stretching your dick lol.

Weed expands capillaries. Nicotine constricts them. Test it yourself. Hold your breath without weed and with it. Time both tests. The weed breath holding session will be much longer. More oxygen because the capillaries around the lungs are expanded and soak up more o2.

This is true for the initial “high”, yet long term inhalation of any smoke (which is universally heavy on carbon) will impede blood circulation. I also agree with the “estrogen = bad for men” assesment.
