Weight Hanging -extra Skin From BiB Method

Weight Hanging -extra Skin From BiB Method

Hey gang,

Started penis weight hanging recently and wanted to clarify;

In the hanging 101 tutorial here on the site Bib recommends attaching (I am using a noose style btw) about 1-1.5 inches behind the bottom of your heads ridge which makes sense in theory. But I notice when I do that it seems to create a lot of extra skin towards the top. Being circumcised I am certainly not interested in growing an “artificial” foreskin, any thoughts gents?

I am probably the wrong person to answer.
1. hanging 101 gives outdated advice.
2. not a fan of noose or compression style hanging (I’ve done both)
3. vac hanging with heat is far better than cold hanging 20lbs.

BPEL: 5.5" --> 7.9" ; BPFSL: ~5.6" --> 8.5"

Progress log summary: Hanging with FIRe

The benefits of heat are well explored here, I’ll give you that. Thus far I find the noose comfortable enough, especially after having tried the Quick Extender Pro for several months. Hated that thing. You consider the information in Hanging 101 outdated then?

Like I said one of my main concerns is how to prevent unintentionally regrowing any sort of foreskin.

I wouldn’t say the information in hanging 101 is outdated but it is definitely not the best place to start. It is more concerned with targeting the ligs to create length and it approaches this with compression hanging and heavy weight approach. This has worked for loads of people. Though while stretching the ligs with this approach you may also toughen your TA which would make stretching your TA hard to do in the future.

As 5.5 said heat, vac hanging and ligther weights is a better place to start. Less traumatic on your penis and you should be able to get a good TA stretch. Once you have maximized that you can go back and target ligs if you still want or need to.

On the foreskin point vac hanging is the best way to go, there are no skin stretch issues with this approach. Compression hanging requires a bit of skin stretching at the start

That position is great for creating manual hand grip, too. I use it a lot. I wouldn’t say that it, alone, will create much foreskin, though.
