Hey guys overweight newbie I’ve started working my way into the newbie routine I’m 6ft tall and 280lbs flaccid I can be buried as per say if I lift my Fat pad gently I’m about 3.5/4” flaccid

But sometimes the head sticking out flaccid then errect depending on quality 4.5/5NBP I’m sure I measure 5.5 NBP when I had an attempt at losing weight previously I’m assuming it’s blood flow related and anywhere between 6” to 6.5BPEL normally hover about 6.25 BPEL, girth varies massively anywhere from 4” to 4.5/4.6.

Just looking for inspiration has anyone started similar thank you ( also I seem to carry all my weight on my front if that makes sense fat guy legs and fupa etc it’s very embarrassing to me in my head I’ve recently gotten a new partner and it’s putting me off being intimate with her, just venting and stressing sorry guys any words appreciated

I think a lot of people get an excess of enthusiasm, jump in the deep end, and try to commit to a more dramatic lifestyle change than they can handle. Changing your diet is a hassle, and exercise takes time. I recommend just dipping your toe in; start with eating healthier and some simple stretching or yoga exercises. The idea is to get the habit set; once they’re just part of the background of your life, you can tune them to be more effective for what you want.
