What about the 'milking' method
Anyone else tried this? I read it on an online manual, make an OK sign with your hand and make strokes from inner to outer over and over like 200 reps a day and sometimes rest.. It’s all you need to do, it’s like 20 pages ill upload it later but I don’t want to spend all this money on a pump or pills when I can just do this excersise.let me know thanks
