What age to start

I’m 19 years old and I was looking online and said that your penis doesn’t stop growing until early 20’s. So should I do PE or should I not interrupt the natural growth?

Nobody has the right answer. The best I can give you is my philosophy. Think of it like any other training - ie, sports. Starting while your body is developing is a great way to condition the results of your body’s natural processes. I told my son about PE when he was 13.

I read that penis growth stops at around 16. Personally I started at around 17 years of age(I remember getting passwords for a pay site off a website). My gains have been incredible, leading me to believe that starting PE young may cause greater gains. Perhaps because the hormonal balance of the youth is tailored for tissue growth.

What better way to encourage growth then to do PE while you are still growing? This means of course doing PE correctly and that means not going overboard and injuring yourself. You must stay in control with a moderate routine that doesn’t cause damage. PE should stimulate growth, not force it.

I think 19 would be fine to start PE. Just don’t over do it. The newbie routine is perfect to start with.

The best age to start is 18. If there is some natural growth that is going on, a light routine can encourage that growth.
