What come next
So I have been regularly been doing the following routine for about 2 months
5 min hot towel wrap warmup
3 minutes of stretching
20 minute wet jelq
2 min of ULIs
50 5 second hold kegels
Warm down
All in all it never takes more than 30-40 minutes. I’ve noticed a good amount of gain, about .75 inches in length and .4 inches in girth, and I’m just wondering, where do I go from here? What are the best exercises to add/increase my current exercises?
