What do you use as a substitute, when unable to hang
I was just wondering, I have been hanging morning and night, but soon I plan on going away for a few months and I don’t want to have to take my hanger everywhere I go!. What exercises would be best as a substitute for hanging.. I’m guessing manual stretches in the same angle as you had the hanger?
What does everyone else do when they don’t have their hanger handy?
