What gave you Permanent results?
Pretty simply question which form of PE gave you permanent results. Manuel. What was the routine? Pumping? Hanging? Ect ect. Looking forward to hearing different things that worked for others.

The newbie routine and then on to pumping when newbie gains stalled.
Started 7.75x5.75
Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread
Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

Linear newbie routine (only jelqing, max around 80 strokes) and then pumping and jelqing (max 140 strokes).

Something between the linear and newbie routine. 4 days a week.
BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5
I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Wow I’m kinda surprised the newbie routine gave permanent results. I’ve only been back to PE for about 5-6 months and EQ is GREAT!! With that said I’ll have to wait and see if anything is permanent. Thanks for the feedback now let’s keep em coming.
