What Girth Exercises To Do After Newbie?
Hey so be done the newbie for a little over 5 months Now. I haven’t seen girth gains and really wanted to work on girth. What exercises do you suggest I either complement or replace jelqing with? I don’t want to do clamps just yet. I was thinking horse 440s (basically 2 handed manual clamp). Or is this too advanced to ease into. I don’t want to hinder later gains with premature toughening. But as I’ve said after 5 months I should be fairly well conditioned.. Thanks!
