Hello guys . I am starting PE again .
So my routine will consist mostly from stretches , jelq and very slow and increasing pumping .
My questions is what is the best erection level to jelq ?

What is the difference if I jelq completely flaccid vs if I jelq 50% erect ?
Which one is better for gains ?

But I guess flaccid jelq is useless, and 100% erect jelq is dangerous.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft .


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Just to add the quality of your jelq is much more important than the quantity. With the correct technique your jelqs are more effective.

What do you guys mean by correct technique and quality .

I try to jelq around 50 % erect .

Sometimes I jelq very lightly and I am not sure If I am doing anything . Sometimes I use very strong grip where I can see my member head expanding

To which method should I stick ?

The purpose of a jelq is to move the blood around in your penis. Which means you need blood in your penis. So there needs to be some form of an erection. For more focus on length, I jelq between 50% and 70% erect. For more focus on girth I jelq between 70% and 90% erect. The latter is not advised if you are inexperienced. Need about 2 years experience before going near there. As for technique, there are instructional videos here at thunders that you can check out. Or watch a youtube video of someone milking a cow. They need to get the milk out, you need to get the blood up. Jelqing is often referred to as milking. Hope this helps.
