What is the most effective way to attain girth gains for a newbie
Hey, I’m pretty new to PE and I have been doing some basic newbie routine involving
5 minute warm up wrap, 5-10 minutes of stretching, 15-20 minutes of jelqing and just a cooldown afterwards. I’ve been at it on and off for about 3 weeks and I would like a more effective approach towards working on my Base Girth to upward shaft. What would be the most effective PE technique to do this, while still working minimally on length gain.
Currently 6.1” BPEL, 4.2-4.7” girth from base up, sort of a baseball bat effect and is looking to change that
