What is the most effective way to attain girth gains for a newbie

Hey, I’m pretty new to PE and I have been doing some basic newbie routine involving
5 minute warm up wrap, 5-10 minutes of stretching, 15-20 minutes of jelqing and just a cooldown afterwards. I’ve been at it on and off for about 3 weeks and I would like a more effective approach towards working on my Base Girth to upward shaft. What would be the most effective PE technique to do this, while still working minimally on length gain.

Currently 6.1” BPEL, 4.2-4.7” girth from base up, sort of a baseball bat effect and is looking to change that

Exactly how long have you been at this? I just want to know because I have an Exercise in mind but I would go NOWHERE near it until 3 months.

Yeah its here Clemski’s Progress log, thought it was in my signature guess not. It has changed a bit over the life of the thread but anything I have changed is there.

For the Most part it is squeeze and Jelq based.

The newbie routine is effective. Stick with it. Once your gains slow down, there is a whole new arsenal you can throw at it. But, in the short-term, the newbie routine is the way to go. If you get impatient and start to get ahead of your conditioning, bad things will happen. You can even slow down your rate of growth. The PE path is littered with those of us that made those mistakes. Read the threads.

Stay diligent and consistent with this stuff and you will grow.

High erection jelqs are great for building girth. Work them in slowly though.

For a while I did 4. Now I do 2 on 1 off as religiously as I can, sometimes I take 2 off, but then I try to step it up and do 3 on, the first being light then a heavy one then a normal one.

As I just took a break and am starting back yesterday, I plan to do 3 on, 1 very light 1 light 1 normal. After that I plan to go back to my normal schedule.

I find sometimes the 3 on gives me better EQ on my off days and much better flaccid.
