What is this?
Okay, so, I’m kind of going off-script with my approach to PE, and so far, it’s been working pretty well for me. I’m about a month in, and I MAY have added .5” to my BPFSL, courtesy of what I’m told is a ‘Newbie Pop’ and time invested.
Most of what I’ve read on the topic of PE, from actual accredited scientists and doctors, who lend ANY credence to it. Emphasize PE as a form of ‘Creep Deformation’, or as Titleist, I believe, put it, ‘Scheduled Trauma’. Basically, the goal is to slowly stretch and deform the flesh to a different length or girth, as a way to modify its properties and size. Hence the end results and diminishing returns on time invested.
As such, I’m using parts of the Newbie Routine, and ideas inspired by those medical articles in my approach, i.e. Long Periods under low amounts of tension, using light hanging, an extender, and a home-made ADS system, accompanied by stretching, jelqing, and kegels for health, and to help build up my unit as it were.
The weird thing is, when hanging, I seem to have parts of my skin balloon up, it’s not painful, and it subsides afterwards over the span of half an hour, but I’m not sure what it is, and I’d like to read more up on this topic, so I know what it is. After all, knowledge is power, and it takes a rather big fool to charge in blind, especially with what our end goals are and what we’re working on.
