What should I do?
Whats up everyone
I’m 33 days in and I’m wondering what to do to enhance my routine and my future gains and possibly get those gains faster
I know it takes patience but I’m sure there are some beneficial tools I could use
My routine is
5 minutes warm up
6 minutes stretching 30 seconds in each direction
8 minutes of jelqing
5 minutes of warm up
So what do you think I should do?
