I’ve been searching all over this place but I just can’t seem to find the exact definition. So can someone please tell me what Clamping is exactly? And for what it’s good, any advantages/disadvantages?

Manual clamping is clamping your thumb/forefinger around the base of your cock in the semi erect state and squeeeeeeeeeeeezing, clamping off blood supply. Good for girth. Check the forum for more clamping routines.

How do you put clamping into your routine? Do you like do it for a certain amount of time?

Whenever I jelq and/or stretch, or jelq and stretch, I do my own version of the clamp. Instead of squeeeeezing, I pull my “hand clamp,”—thumb and forefinger harddddd against my pubic bone.

After over a year of PE, I do it now without even thinking about it—every time I dry jelq—which is almost every night for a half hour or so.

It’s kind of like your old masturbation technique. After a while, you didn’t worry about “how” you jerked off. You just jerked off. If someone asked you, “How do you go about jerking off?”, you’d think he was kind of stupid, right? You did it without thinking about it, right?

After a while, PE works the same way. You do it unconsciously, (out of habit), without thinking about it.

That is, if you do the manual PE. If you’re using a device, that’s a whole different matter. Such an approach is against my PE religion.

I usually clamp 4-5 times during jelqing sessions. I grab at the base, kegel hard 5 times then clamp for 30 plus secs. It also helps if I’m getting too erect when jelqing which is when I incorporate the manual clamping. 30 secs seems to be about right for me to go back to semi erect jelqing.
