Whats is squeezing and pumping

Another questions guys I have being peing for awhile ,but I only know the basic stretching and jelqing. My question is, what is pumping and squeezing and do these exercises fit in with stretching and jelqing?

type pumping in the search button on the top right hand of your screen. Repeat with squeezes. If you don’t find exactly what your looking for, try again but use the advanced search option
