What's pulling and what's stretching?

I’m wondering some say that pulls can last longer than a stretch, yet when pulling aren’t you stretching? Iv’e also noticed some say that no stretch should last more than 1 min. While my pulls or stretches not clear what they are anymore last anywhere from 2-5 min.

Pulling and stretching are the same thing — at least to my knowledge. I have searched through many posts, and have not come across ‘pulling’ yet, so I doubt there is little truth to a pull lasting longer than a stretch.

What this means is, after approximately one minute, release your stretch, and give your penis a few seconds to regain blood flow. Then, restart the stretch. Really, as long as your penis isn’t purtaying any negative signs, 2-5 minutes shouldn’t be a problem (unless this is your first month). I mean hell, people hang for hours at a time without releasing the stretch, so I do not see any harm in 2-5 minutes. But, most importantly, let your dick be the deciding factor. Is it very cold? Is it blue? Look for the negative signs.

Well, if you shouldn’t stretch for more than a few minutes but those that use the Penismasters or Hangers are doing it for at least an hour. What is the difference?

The difference——a pull is gentle stretch not lasting more than one minute. A stretch is where more of a force is placed upon the ligaments and tissues of the penis, or a low load over a longer period of time.

Both are effective.

Most people start out in smaller sets, such as 10 minutes. Then, as time and experience with the hanger goes up, so does the length of the sets.

Like I said in the beggining of this post, a stretch of 5 minutes should not be a problem; as long as there is no negative PI's

Ultimatly, you and your dick are the deciding factors. One minute is a guideline set for begginners.

All Day does not equal 20 minutes.
People hang all day using PE weights.
I’m not going to say you’re wrong, but… .

Very true, people do hang for more than 20 minutes. But the guidelines state you should never hang for more than 20 minutes at a time. Most people who hang over 20 minutes at a time tend to run into problems.

An ADS is a little different because it is performing a light stretch.

Penimaster and other such products are using “traction” not stretching.

You’re allowed to sustain traction for 60-90 minutes without any problems.
