Whats the ideal amount of kegelsday

I was wondering the ideal amount of kegels you should do per day? On penisadvantage.com they suggest 700-1000. Is that right? That has been what I have been doing?

I don’t think there is an ideal amount. It’s a matter of however many you can do, and if you can’t do any more, stop.

I just kegel every time I remember to do it. Waiting at stoplights. Sitting here right now. I rarely do more than 50 at a time, but cumulatively I do at least a few hundred a day. It might help to have some cue that reminds you to do some kegels, like if you’re watching TV, train yourself to kegel everytime there’s a commercial.

It’s also interesting to try kegeling while you’re moving. I kegel as I walk, or while on the eliptical machine at the gym. It’s hard to focus on one muscle while you’re doing something else, but I think it increases muscle control. I use that enhanced muscle control while having sex. I kegel when I’m thrusting, and I kegel when she’s on top and I want to have my cock as long and hard as possible.

I think Dr. Kegels said 20 minutes of over-all tensing over the day is the ideal.
