Whats up with the present PE?

I have been doing a lot of reading on Pe and I have come across a lot of info on different cultures make there penis’s 40cm+ from hanging and other methods. They did not have all of this fancy PE equipment like we do today. So if they can get there penis so big of these old methods, why does it seem to be so difficult for us.
We have all of these theories like the LOT theory and such, which I am not discounting at all the LOT theory rocks, but those other Indian cultures and such had no such theory. They did not have my favorite bib hanger, or cock pumps or Power Jelq devices or the Penis Plus, or PM, so why are we so different? Should we not be able to get the same gains they had?

Thunder mentioned to me that they did it to create impotence to keep themsleves from adultry or something like that? Why would they do that? Isnt there other ways than making yuou penis 2 feet long? They could just wear a chasity belt? Lol. What do you guys think?

I first think that black people (which developed these huge penises) have big penises already at start. The karamojong and the holy sadhus are the PEing tribes i know.

Second, they were hanging nearly ALL day and only some of the clanmembers were chosen to develop such giant penises (thats what ive heard). I was their JOB to get this far and we have to do this in our free time. THEY could put all their efforts in it.

Third, i have read that most of the PEing clanmembers were imoptent, unable to have children.

And the most important thing is that there is no proof that these PEing clans even do what PEing sites claim. The famous photo of a black naked man with a knot in his penis is a fake made by Tom Hubbard (thats what ive read but my info could also be wrong!)
