What's wrong with me?!

Guys Im back. I left again after getting frustrated with how long it took to see gains (after just a week). I know. I often find myself questioning the legitimacyof PE when i dont get what i want. I want to change my ways. Please help me. Anyways I would always habitually check my size after every session and it made me feel pathetic. I just want to be worry free and get gains without stressing too much over it. Which newbie routine is the best im starting over like its day one?


(Start date 4-8-18) Flaccid:NBPL3.5"

Erect: NBPEL5.2" Erect girth:4.7" Goal

Flaccid:NBPL 5 or 6" NBPEL- 7 or 8" E girth- 6" or 7"

Either one. Whichever you are most comfortable following the directions off. Lose the ruler for at least 6 weeks. More like 90 days though.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Yes nofap does help with motivation and gains too. I think it’s best to stick with the newbie routine and rest some days than stretching every day.

Motivation is a factor but make it part of your routine. Brushing teeth doesn’t take motivation. PE shouldn’t take a lion share of motivation.

Do not stretch daily. Rest days are for full rest. When you are more advanced you can tamper with rest schedules.

Do it consistently for at least 21 days as research has shown that to be the approximate time to implement changes and new habits in your life.

After those 21 days has gone by it’ll be much, much easier to stay motivated and who knows maybe you even have gotten some newbie gains by then as well if you’re Lucky and actually do the exercises.

On a side note, I used to be under 15 cm NBPEL more like 13- 14 cm but now I’m more like 18 cm NBPEL and almost exactly 8” BPEL, so yes this works or my ruler lies to me. But it took almost 2 years to get those type of gains and key is being consistent over time. In the end all I can promise is that it’s worth it.

I know how eager and frustrated one can get in the beginning as I was so too before finally realizing this all takes a long time. But the sooner you start the sooner you’ll get bigger and hopefully reach your personal goals as well.

Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

Intent comes before resolve. Plan on doing it, make it part of your daily mission. The resolve and motivation it takes to gain will come after your intent to achieve is clear.

Just do it man. You must steadily plug away for months or years for this. It’s like showing up to college your first week and demanding diploma in electrical engineering after a week of fresan homework.


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.
