What's your wrap method for vac or vacu hanging

There have been a couple detailed threads regarding tapes, bandages, glove thumb, and wraps for the prevention of swollen glands/urethra/tip. What I would like to do is, hear from everyone’s current experiences with these vacuum hanging devices, and wraps. I have been using a constriction sleeve with best success, but it still doesnt prevent the tip from get swollen, and fluid buildup.

I have found that basically after you hit a certain weight nothing will prevent the swollen glans. There really is no way around this. It is just part of vacuum hanging. I’ve tried everything, and while somethings help nothing has eliminated it.
