Been here a while and I notice that pumpers have good results too. I am not trying to rush so I ask, when is it safe to buy a pump ? I’ve done my routine more than 3 months and have gained already

sunz: some people here I think have only pumped and rarely done any PE. And I’m 100% sure that doctors can recommend pumps for people with ED. So it would probably be best to buy a pump when your gains stop happening.
I’m sure you’ve read through this.
IOW, there is no reason why you can’t start pumping now, as it doesn’t require any additional conditioning unlike more aggressive exercises such as clamping.
