When is a good time to start hanging?
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 2 months now by the end of February.
5min hot wrap
10min manual stretch
200 wet jelqs at 5 sec hold
5min hot wrap
50 kegels at 5 second hold
2 days on 1 day off
I was planning to start with 2.5lbs at 3x 20min sets per day but not sure what the on/off day ratio should be.
I’ve definitely build some base line conditioning but I wanted to get some opinions from other experienced hangers.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
