When is it time to stop?

When is it time to stop?

Hey guys!

My question is the following: let’s say I get to my previous 7.3” x 6”… should I stop doing PE when I just reach that or should I continue because stopping would make me go back smaller?

I just wanna get my penis to my previous size.

I just miss it so my dream would be not to get it longer nor thicker but to get it just as big as it was. I though know dreams aren’t real so I know I might need to get longer in order to get as thick or vice versa but I’d like to do just enough PE to reach that size in a permanent way.

I hope I’ve explained myself clearly.

Thanks in advance for your help. May Go pay it to you (as we say in Spain).

Really depends what you want I guess, but ultimately I would say you would need to continue until your desired size is good and cemented, and then you may need to just go on a maintenance schedule.

Goal 7.5"BPEL x 6.5"mseg.

Current 7"BPEL x 6.1"mseg.

If you mean to return to your pre erectile disfunction size, then you would just have to overcome ED. It does not have to do with PE. I believe it is about your psychology and if it is the case your reproductive system, either way you would have to go to professionals such as doctors and psychologists.

Now, if you are talking about PE, that you did certain routines and exercises, thus leading to gains and asking that if you stop, you’ll lose gains, yes you will lose gains, and depending on the routine you’ve made on your PE journey you’ll lose it all. Routines focused on tunica such as jelqs, pumping, extender, A or V stretches will lose it all or at least half of the gains made on the interval time of “gaining routine”. Ligaments focused routines such as hanging and stretches will also lose its gains, however not all. That is why in all of the exercises mentioned above it is with great importance that after doing the “gaining routine” you do a “cementing routine”, consisted on the same exercises, but fewer minutes or less intensity or less frequency, those are the variables you should manage to form your “cementing routine”.

Rotated Penis? Unbalanced Ligaments? Lack of Gains through Manual Routine?

Actually I’ve had ED due to some sort of injury that didn’t heal as it should have. My penis was terribly sore for several days and fully limp for many weeks. I spent months before going to the urologist. By the time I went everything had healed internally but I had lost length, girth and EQ.

So you mean since my routine is based on jelqs, clamps and kegels I’m condemned to either always keep growing or to lose everything I gain?

Kegels should be done as health focused, imagine you get to your 60’s and 70’s without being able to hold your pee and feces. Of course it will lead to improved erections, orgasms and so on. For women the benefits are the same and for the relationship, a couple that do kegels together have a much better sex life.
Yes, you will lose your gains from jelq, even if you do the “cementing routine”, you’ll lose majority of the gains from jelqing.
Clamping is different, you will not lose much after the gaining routine.
