When length goes back shorter

Hi guys.

I remember having read Bib say length measurements is like stocks market. Ups, down, but a general trend upwards.

This same happened to me.
5 days ago, my personal best.
today, 0.5cm shorter.

in this case this came after i am increasing extender tension couple hundred grams and doing sets instead of leaving the exender there all the day.

Is there such thing as a sort of “turtling” of the septum or tunica, that even when erect, can cause a shortened length?
In Bib thinking, the swelling of the collagen after harder trainings, would cause this retraction, but not necessarily as a bad symptom cos in the end we are targeting that tissue.
Would be like complaining muscles swell a bit after gym, but of course if this is extreme, the final condition after healing is weaker, shorter muscles too, shorter, scarred tissues.

any thoughts on this? everyone experience such sudden retractions?

The muscles training analogy is not right. Pe is not bodybuilding, conective tissue lengthening is different from lifting weights.

Loss of length should only be a consequence of a drop in EQ and this should be only temporary. If its a real loss in Bpel, it means that you overtrain and you are not resting enough. Overtraining without time to heal is the biggest threat to gains.

Yes i know. Although maybe at some point rest is necessary even with the extender.

Try to find out if the loss is temporary due to EQ drop from the length work.

Like you, I actually got excited after reading the advice of “Mr bigger” who says you’ve got to get the ligs to fatigue and then keep targeting the ligs all week. I have also seen other folks who reported massive gains from religiously strapping on an extender for shocking durations so I started training 6 days a week bases on bibs advice and lost a little length after just a week: I dropped that like a bad habit. I then started clamping(advanced version that has a clamp behind glans too:helps to reduce pressure levels in my glans) and size genetics extenders only. When I started clamping, I saw massive expansion of up 0.7 inch increase in base girth during training sessions. But then I reminded myself that too much training is how I injured my glans about 9 years ago and had to abandon PE so decided to clamp once every 48hours and use extenders 4 to 7 days a week. After 2 weeks of reduced clamping, I’ve noticed that I can’t achieve the same level of expansion anymore and shaft seems tougher. Then again I remembered that Mr bigger said too much rest toughens the penis and hinders plastic deformation.

So just like you, I’m scratching my head and such for that sweet spot because this PE is such a dark art.
