As to the tingly sensation, opinions vary on that. There’s a fine line between tingly and verging on a degree of numbness. Personally, when I was experiencing my most rapid rate of growth, I felt a little tingly after jelqing. It’s the same kind of tingly, almost-an-itch sensation that you might feel when something is healing, which I took for a good sign. For me, it was a positive PI (Physiologic Indicator). Be careful though.
Also, if you haven’t started, start keeping measurements. They are a part of the feedback cycle that tells you whether what you are doing is working.
