The best time of day to do PE is when you have time to focus on it. As long as you do it, I don’t think it matters what time of day it is. That is also my answer for whether or not you should do it all at once or not. If you have time to focus on doing it all at once then cool. If not, then split it up. I personally can’t spend a solid hour on PE. I’d rather spend that time with my wife and daughter. So I jelq in the morning in the shower, stretch whenever I can during the day, and stretch and clamp at night after my family is in bed.
So really you just need to do what is best for you to be able to stick to it. Whatever and whenever is most convenient is usually best. That way you are more inclined to keep up with it, instead of feeling like it is getting in the way and quitting.
As far as doing it everyday. There are varying opinions on this and everyone’s body is different. I stretch every day, jelq M-F, and clamp 2 to 3 days a week. I just find that my body responds best to that type of schedule. You really need to experiment a little and find out what works best for you.
