When to know if a routine is not working for you?

Pretty straight forward question. When should you switch up a routine after trying it an not seeing any results? A month, 3 months?

I’d say 3 months is a reasonable time to gauge a routine’s effectiveness, if your measures are half way accurate. If you are a PE vet though, gains slow way down as you reach your genetic potential and you may have already hit your ceiling.

I think PE is probably the same as natural bodybuilding where if all growth factors were maxed out perfectly (extremely difficult to do in reality) it’s possible to get to your natural genetic limit in around 3 years, but in reality there’s a thing called life, that extends that 3 years to 6 or more years. Now if you were on anabolics and growth hormone, God only knows what’s possible in PE. I reckon we’ll be seeing quite a few genuine foot long peckers before this decade is out. PE may even becoming an Olympic sport 🤣

Over a 12 year period I been through over 25 different routines and still haven’t seen a gain yet, so who knows. Key is, to never give up hope and just keep at it. But to answer your question, in 3 months you should definitely of least seen some kind of gain, event if its just .5 cm.

I didn’t give up after six months and then it finally started working after I learned more about my penis.
