When should I PE?

It is well known in athletics and weight lifting that the body has cycles. Sprinters and weightlifters can achieve significantly better results depending on what time of the day they train.

Has anyone done a study on the relevance of this to PE? Let’s face it a good time to do PE is when you’re horny and able to fill the penis with more blood. This obviously has to do with hormonal cycles.

But what about times of the day when the body is able to repair tissue faster? There must also be other factors which a lay man like me does not even know about.

I’ve always like to do it before bed. If you don’t overdo it then you should get several nocturnal erections which could help to keep the penis expanded to its worked out size. Also it’s a great opportunity for your body to repair itself so combining the expansion with repair seems logical.

As for hormonal cycles etc. most people just pick something like 3 on 1 off and work with that.

I find I get a better work out when I am not horny. Stretching must be done with a completely flaccid penis. Also when wet jelqing it is easier and you get a better work out if you are in control of your erection.

I do my routine before work so thinking about the job is good reason not to be horny. :)

Like ICM said, when you workout in the afternoon or evening, you can take advantage of your nocturnal erections to work for you and achieve post workout expansion while you sleep, which is also when the body heals itself.

Even though this idea has great merit, I mix things up and PE in the morning also, and then your can enjoy your post workout size throughout the day.

I stick to only one workout a day, however, so depending on my schedule or if it is a weight lifting day, I PE in the morning or afternoon.

I also have a question: Do you have to stick to your routine every week, and I mean the days you do them. For instance I have rest days on wednesdays and friday’s but can I change the days if i need to perhaps for personal reasons? Because maybe your dick is used to the days, like he know’s friday is rest day and my cells aren’t prepared for it then.

Flygreg that’s a good point. The body works in biological cycles. You can train the body to have a sh%t at the same time everyday so why not healing?

Yeah, my roommate is a really regimented, workaholic guy, and he doesn’t take a shit if it’s not planned out on his Palm Pilot. I’m usually too rushed in the mornings, so I PE in the evenings (also to take advantage of the nocturnal erections). Whenever possible, I also try to do it when my roommate is not around, because when he’s around I have to shut the door, which would seem a bit weird to him.

For PE, it is better to change your schedule in order to get your workout in for the day rather then skip it all together. For PE purposes, it is better that you are in charge, not your cock.

Also, a very effective training technique is to keep your body off guard and change things up a bit so it doesn’t get stuck in a rut doing the same old thing. Adapting to new situations, brings on change.
