When should I PE?
It is well known in athletics and weight lifting that the body has cycles. Sprinters and weightlifters can achieve significantly better results depending on what time of the day they train.
Has anyone done a study on the relevance of this to PE? Let’s face it a good time to do PE is when you’re horny and able to fill the penis with more blood. This obviously has to do with hormonal cycles.
But what about times of the day when the body is able to repair tissue faster? There must also be other factors which a lay man like me does not even know about.
