When you grow or if you did where did the stretching occur

I think I’ve been finding that my ads is causing my glands to stretch a lot more. They seem to be at least 1/4 of an inch longer. Is this common. If you grew where did you find your growth coming from?

I found the extender made me grow mostly at the base. Curiosly, the base became both a longer and a bit thinner.
