I thought i’d weigh in on the topic of weight loss being easier than PE and my opinion is that this is not always the case, I am what i consider a “food addict” and im by no means huge (185lbs 5 ft 9) it has took me 3 years to shift 15lbs because i cant go 2 consecutive days without consuming a large amount of food, i find it impossible to feel satisfied from anything below 3500kcalsish, tried keto and failed miserably because i never felt full, throw in some sugar addiction i cant shake and voila you have a guy who starves himself one day and pigs out the next.PE is quite easy to keep up in comparison to a diet or eating healthy there are no temptations to make you not want to stick to it, pulling your penis in a direction or two for 30 minutes or whatever is much easier than sitting there hungry or fighting with yourself not to eat whatever food, ofcourse some people can cut food easily without a worry, but im not saying one is easier than the other just on an individual basis some of us struggle with weight loss more than pretty much anything.
This is just so wrong.
You can only gain 2 inches in length with PE on avarage. And that takes a huge, huge amount of work.
You can lose however much fat you have in excess there is no limit to how much fat you can lose.
