Where To Go From Newbie
It’s been almost 5months and I’m starting to think about what I should do next to add to my routine. My goal is girth. Length is good, just want to gain about 1/2” in girth and I would be good with that.
My main exercise has been jelqing. Getting in about 4 days a week of about 100. Some stretching and kegels. Of course warm up too. I have a bathmate, but I don’t really use it aggressively. I’ve used it to help warm up for jelqing at a very light pressure. It would probably fall off if I don’t hold it on, and after jelqing, again for a few minutes under light pressure.
I’m interested in clamping or air pumping with a gauge. I’ve found good resources on how to clamp, but not necessarily any programs to incorporate it into my routine. With pumping, I did find a good article that seems to work for me and has a suggested plan to work it into what I’m already doing.
Just seeing what your guys thoughts are.
