Which is Better For Length, Hanging Or Extending?
I’m asking as someone who uses both regularly, in combination with Jelqing and Kegels. Both seem to benefit length, but sensation-wise, I’m not sure. I spent the last month, primarily hanging, and experienced decent gains from it. (I believe .25” or a little more) However, I’m also noticing that hanging seems to only pull down, so, it only targets the parts above where it’s hung. Extending on the other hand, seems to generate tension, throughout the member, which I can only assume will be more conducive to long-term growth.
What are you guys’ thoughts on this?
