Why are we jelqing
I’ve been into this P.E. Business for about a month (still not sure if I’ve gained or what not) and have been focusing my routines on jelqing. I’m always looking up threads and checking out other forums and reading results to see what other people are doing and taking that into my workouts.
Well, I keep hearing that jelqing does nothing but “tone” the penis. Makes it harder, fitter, but never noticeably bigger. The whole fitter + harder thing is great on it’s own and well worth it, but is this true that jelqing doesn’t really lead to results? I look at threads of people gaining 2-3 inches and they always say something like “focus on stretching”
Have I been looking at this all wrong? If it’s the stretching and the hanging and the clamping that makes the penis bigger than why are all these routines so jelq focused?
Is hanging where most of the gains are made?
Also, (to save myself from making another thread) how long should I be holding a stretch for if I’m “focusing on stretching?” Should I stretch everyday? I’m fond of the BTC stretches because I really feel the stretches, but how long do I hold it for to really get a gain? Are there any other stretches I should be looking into? Can I stretch my ligs and the.. Tunica is it? In the same workout session?
Sorry, lot of questions.. I just feel like I could be potentially wasting my time.
