Why do I reach overtraining so easly?

Hi everyone!

It’s been almost 2 years since I started PE and I have to say it has been annoying not to know what path to follow.

My first year of PE I did nothing but overtrain and nothing else. Even thought I gained half of a cm!

But now I’ve noticed something crucial for my training.

When applying almost an intensity that can be consider “hard” over-training symptoms came and I have to rest a few days until I go back to have my morning woods (for me this tells how good/bad your penis feels).

My routine:
- 5 min warming up.
- 5 min stretches.
- 5 min wet jelq.
1 on 1 off.

I need help guys! It seems that my smooth muscle is very sensitive to the minimum effort to go “hard” training. And I don’t think going “kind” is gonna give good results in length.. Should I go all stretches only training?

I am thinking you must be stretching and jelqing very hard. How much force are you using? Maybe you have to just lighten it up a bit, because your routine is just too short to be causing so much trouble.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hey!

I don’t use so much force in the jelquing, I don’t feel no pain when I do them but I have noticed I tend to push the dorsal vein just a little too much in the way I jeql but I’m not sure…

I have a thinnier base shaft than any other part of my penis so It’s kind of tricky to do jelqing. I’m thinking in switching to C jelqs due this issue…
